Announcing Our Major Development Investment: Project Małopole

We are thrilled to announce a significant investment in the development of our new state-of-the-art facility in Małopole. This strategic move aims to enhance our production capabilities, expand our storage capacity, and incorporate cutting-edge technologies to meet the growing demand for our high-quality ingredients.

Overview of Project Małopole

Our new facility in Małopole is a substantial upgrade from our current site in Słupno, with a total usable area of 5075.64 m² compared to Słupno’s 1653.43 m². This expansion includes:

  • Office and Laboratory Space: 461.39 m²
  • Warehouse Space: 2734.28 m²
  • Production Area: 2587.65 m²
  • Logistics Area: 180.99 m²

Advanced Storage Capabilities

One of the key highlights of our Małopole facility is its impressive storage capacity. The new warehouse can store approximately 1,026,286 kg of products, significantly higher than the combined storage capacity of our current locations in Słupno and Greenvit, which is around 320 tons. This capacity is distributed across various storage solutions including:

  • Tank Farms: 30,000 kg of propylene glycol and 30,000 kg of glycerol trioctanoate
  • Finished Goods Warehouse: 835,290 kg
  • Raw Materials Warehouse: 42,960 kg
  • Aromatics Machine Warehouse: 4,971 kg
  • Cold Storage: 73,065 kg
  • Freezer Storage: 10,000 kg

Enhanced Production Efficiency

Our Małopole facility will also significantly boost our production efficiency. With advanced technologies such as the Multi-Stage Dryer (MSD), granulation using agglomerating liquids, horizontal/ribbon mixers, extrusion, and high-pressure homogenization, we anticipate a substantial increase in production capacity.

  • Spray Drying (MSD): Produces powders with better solubility and lower bulk density, enhancing our product quality.
  • Granulation: Improves the production rate with an annual capacity of up to 480,000 kg.
  • Liquid Aromatics Production: Capable of producing up to 513,000 kg annually.
  • Extrusion: Increases product digestibility and allows for co-extrusion processes.
  • High-Pressure Homogenization: Can handle up to 2 million kg annually.

Future Production Projections

Our investment in Małopole aligns with our ambitious growth strategy. We project a 20% annual increase in production from 2024 to 2030, covering eco-innovative and health-promoting ingredients for food and dietary supplements, such as: liposomal vitamin and mineral complexes, liquid and powdered food flavors, natural and multi-phase plant-based food colorings.

Conclusion

Project Małopole marks a pivotal milestone in our journey towards innovation and excellence. This new facility not only strengthens our production and storage capabilities but also positions us to better serve our customers with high-quality ingredients. We are excited about the potential this development holds and look forward to the enhanced growth and success it will bring.

Stay tuned for further updates on the progress of Project Małopole and our continued commitment to delivering superior food, beverage, and nutraceutical ingredients.
