Our unique know-how lets us develop a wide range of colours, aromas and other powder or liquid additives of required concentration. Innovatively equipped laboratory facilities enable us to prepare comprehensive solutions, minimising time and costs of implementing target processing line.
Research is indispensably related to our company image. Product development often requires interdisciplinary abilities, therefore our team comprises of academics with doctor of philosophy and master of science degrees in food processing, chemistry, biotechnology and dietetics. We get distinguished by constant searching for new solutions, constant observation of market and market needs. We do not follow trends but we create ones. Independently of research activity, BART has separate analytic laboratory, where all produced and purchased products are subjected to strict quality control.
